Bangalore’s botanical attraction Lal Bagh is set to host Sangam Orange Mela featuring different orange varieties from across the country. Karnataka Horticulture Department along with The National Horticulture Board is organizing the mela.
K.G. Jagadish, Director of Horticulture Department told that the fair will have more than 40 stalls installed for different varieties of oranges, fresh and dry fruits and vegetables.
Farmers from Karnataka, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and many other states will participate in this mela.
The orange mela will start on Friday (Jan 4th) and will be open for general public for three days. A must visit fair for fruits and vegetable lovers.
